We want you to buy with confidence. If something goes wrong with your order, tell us and we will put it right.

Write to us at mariapoliscidade0007@gmail.com with your order number and we will get back to you. A person reads every message.

If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will not be asked to pay return shipping for our mistake.

Privacy & Safety

We collect only what we need to process your order: your name, delivery address, email and order details.

We share these with our production and shipping partners solely to fulfil your order, and with our payment provider to process payment. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Payments are handled by encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card details.

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to delete it, by writing to mariapoliscidade0007@gmail.com.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in British pounds. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate if your card is in another currency.

We do our best to keep the catalogue accurate, but items can sell out or be discontinued by our production partners. If we cannot fulfil something you have already paid for, we will tell you and refund you in full.
